Before First Use
- Do not use the device until it is fully charged.
- To charge, insert the charging cable (6)Adler AD 4449 Electric Salt and Pepper Grinder into the charging socket (7) and then connect to the power supply.
- The charging indicator (3) will turn red. Charging will take approximately 2.5 hours.
- When fully charged charging indicator (3) will turn white.
Operation
- Place spice compartments (5) on a flat, firm, and stable surface.
- Cover the spice compartment (5) with a base (1) and press it down to lock.
- Press and hold the grinding button (2) to start grinding.
- To change between spice compartments (5), press down to unlock and release.
- Then place the base (1) on the top of the new spice compartment (5) and press it down to lock.
Preparing
- Unscrew the spice compartment (5).
- Close the spice compartment (5).
- Place spice compartments (5) on a flat, firm, and stable surface.
- Cover the spice compartment (5) with a base (1) and press it down to lock.
- Press and hold the grinding button (2) to start grinding.
- To change between spice compartments (5), press down to unlock and release.
- Then place the base (1) on the top of the new spice compartment (5) and press it down to lock.
Grind Fineness Adjustment
- To obtain a coarser grain, rotate the grinding adjustment knob (4) on the bottom of the spice compartment (5) counterclockwise.
- To obtain finer grain, rotate the grinding adjustment knob (4) clockwise.
