    Mowing Result
    • Check that there are no stones, branches, cables or other foreign objects on the lawn that could come into the lawn mower and get thrown out, causing personal injury or material damage.
    • Do not cut wet grass, it will clog the lawn mower and prevent effective mowing.
    • Do not mow more than 1/3 of the height of the grass. It is recommended to mow 1/3 of the length of the grass. The mowing speed may need to be adjusted Meec Tools 022106 Battery-Powered Lawn Mower to achieve uniform mowing. Especially when mowing thick grass, it may be necessary to use the lowest speed to achieve a good result.
    • When you are mowing long grass, it may be necessary to mow twice by lowering the blade to 1/3 of the length of the grass and mowing from another direction than the first time. Mowing a second time helps to remove any remaining blades of grass.
    • Clean the underside of the guard after use to prevent grass from accumulating, which can prevent effective shredding. The shredding of leaves can be good for the lawn. When shredding leaves, you should make sure that they are dry and not lying in a thick layer on the lawn. Do not wait for all the leaves to fall from the trees before mowing the lawn.

    Maintenance and storage

    • Keep all nuts, bolts, and screws tight to be sure the machine is in a safe working condition.
    • Check the grass collector frequently for wear or Meec Tools 022106 Battery-Powered Lawn Mower deterioration.
    • On machines with multi-blade, take care as rotating one blade can cause other blades to rotate
    • Be careful during the adjustment of the machine to prevent entrapment of the fingers between moving blades and fixed parts of the machine.
    • Always allow the machine to cool down before storing
    • When servicing the blade, be aware that, even though the power source is switched off, the blades can still be moved.
    • Replace worn or damaged parts for safety. Use only genuine replacement parts and accessories.
    • If the lawnmower hits an object
    • If the motor suddenly stops
    • If the blade is bent (do not straighten!)
    • If the motor spindle is bent (do not straighten!)
    • If the cog wheel is damaged

    Replacing the Blade

    1. Remove the blade (1) by removing the screw (2) and replace any defective parts.
    2. To check the balance, put the round rod through the middle hole and support the blade horizontally.
    3. A balanced blade remains horizontal. If the blade is unbalanced, move the heavy end down.
    4. Grind the heavy end until the blade is balanced.
    5. Tighten the screw (2) to a torque of 20 Nm. Make sure the blade rotates in the same direction as the motor.Meec-Tools-022106-Battery-Powered-Lawn-Mower-figure-22

The declared values for vibration and noise, which have been measured according to a standardised test method, can be used to compare different tools with each other and for a preliminary assessment of exposure. The measurement values have been determined in accordance with EN 60335-2-77:2010.

The actual vibration and noise level when using tools may differ from the specified maximum value, depending on how the tool is used and the material. It is therefore necessary to determine which safety precautions are required to protect the user, based on an estimate of exposure in actual operating conditions (taking into account all stages of the work cycle, e.g., the time when the tool is switched off and when it is idling, in addition to the start-up time).

    FAQs

What type of battery does the Meec Tools 022106 Lawn Mower use?

Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, whose voltage and capacity will vary depending on your model, power the mower and offer medium-sized lawns enough runtime without a cord.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

The battery lasts for 30 to 45 minutes on a single charge, albeit this depends on the thickness of the grass and the conditions of the mowing.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Depending on the charger and battery capacity, charging takes two to four hours.

What is the recommended cutting height range?

To accommodate various grass types and tastes, the mower has variable cutting heights that typically range from 20mm to 70mm (0.8 to 2.8 inches).

How do I adjust the cutting height?

To choose the desired blade height, use the height adjustment lever or dial, depending on your model. For precise steps, consult the directions and drawings in the manual.

Can I use the mower on wet grass?

For the finest cutting results and safety, it is best to mow dry grass. Mower clogs and battery life can be caused by wet grass.

Is the mower safe for use on slopes?

Although the mower is usually safe on mild slopes, steer clear of steep inclines higher than the manufacturer’s suggested inclination, which is often about 15 degrees, to avoid mishaps.

What safety features does the mower include?

Typical safety features include a safety switch to prevent unintentional starting and a blade brake system that rapidly stops the blade when the handle is released.
