FAQs
Q: What makes the Primo X-Large Ceramic Grill unique?
Ans: It is a single device that combines direct and indirect cooking, grilling, roasting, smoking, and baking.
Q: What type of charcoal should I use with this grill?
Ans: This lump of charcoal is completely natural. It burns hotter, cleaner, and longer than briquettes and enhances food flavour without the need for chemical additions.
Q: Can I set up zones for direct and indirect cooking?
Ans: Yes! The oval design makes it simple to create dual-zone cooking settings, allowing you to sear over high heat on one side and slow cook on the other using Primo heat deflector plates or a ceramic divider.
Q: Is the Primo X-Large suitable for low-and-slow BBQ?
Ans: Naturally. With the proper vent adjustments and premium lump charcoal, it can maintain low temperatures (225°F) for almost 12 hours, making it perfect for smoking briskets, ribs, or pork shoulders.
Q: Is the grill weatherproof, or should I cover it?
Ans: Although the ceramic is waterproof, it is nevertheless advisable to install a grill cover to protect metal parts, like as hinges and vents, from rust and debris.
Q: How durable is the ceramic body?
Ans: The high-quality ceramic of the Primo X-Large will hold heat efficiently and endure for many years with proper care. Avoid dropping or knocking the ceramic parts
