FAQs
What types of valves does the LEZYNE Presta PRO Floor Pump support?
Although the pump is originally made for Presta valves, Schrader valves can also be used with it thanks to the accompanying adapters.
What is the maximum pressure this pump can achieve?
Road bikes, mountain bikes, and hybrids can all benefit from the LEZYNE 74602 Presta PRO’s ability to inflate tires up to 220 PSI (15 bar).
How do I read the pressure gauge accurately?
The integrated analogue gauge displays pressure in bars and PSI. Slowly pump, pausing occasionally to check the dial. Don’t pump too quickly if you want a steady readout.
How often should I service or lubricate the pump?
With frequent use, routine maintenance is advised every six months or sooner. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the piston and inspect the seals for wear.
Is the pump compatible with both Presta and Schrader valves without changing heads?
The pump has a reversible pump head or adapters that make it simple to switch between Schrader and Presta valves without taking any pieces apart.
How long should it take to inflate a typical road bike tire?
It typically takes one to three minutes to reach 100 to 120 PSI, though this depends on the tire size and desired pressure.
