    Safety Introduction

    Dear user, following generally accepted safety regulations and the rules presented in this manual makes using our product exceptionally safe.

    • Never immerse the device or its parts in water or other liquids.
    • Do not allow the electrical parts of the device to become wet.
    • Do not touch the device with wet hands.
    • Failure to follow these rules may result in a risk of electric shock!
    • Never leave the device plugged in unattended!
    • Always unplug the device after use.
    • Using extension cords or power plug adapters may cause damage to the appliance or cause a fire.
    • Do not repair the appliance yourself; contact the nearest service center.
    • The appliance is not intended for use by people with limited physical or mental capabilities.
    • When used by children, constant adult supervision is necessary.
    • Do not allow children to play with the product packaging.
    • Do not allow the power cord to touch hot or sharp surfaces.
    • Do not throw the appliance. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
    • Do not use the appliance during a storm or gale-force winds.
    • Do not place the appliance on or near gas or electric stoves, or near other heating appliances.
    • Do not cover the ventilation openings on the body while the mixer is in operation, as this will cause the electric motor to overheat.

    Operation

    If the appliance falls into water, immediately unplug it from the socket, without touching the appliance itself or the water. If smoke, sparks, or a strong smell of burnt insulation appear, immediately discontinue use, unplug it from the socket, and contact the nearest service center.

    General rules for using the appliance
    • Do not use the appliance to mix hard products, such as frozen butter or too-thick dough.
    • Do not use the mixer for longer than 5 minutes, pausing for up to 5 minutes.
    • Use the whisk attachment, e.g., cream, egg whites, pudding, custard, mayonnaise, purée, or sauce.
    • Use the paddles for mixing (2 / Fig. 1) “light” dough, filling, and yeast.
    • Use the mixer only with the paddles that come with it.
    • Do not immerse the paddles deeper into the ingredients than their working surface.

    Speed ​​selector switch Description

    • 1-2 For mixing dry ingredients
    • 2-3 For mixing dry and liquid ingredients
    • 3-4 For mixing slightly thicker doughs, creaming butter and sugar, and preparing sponge cakes
    • 4-5 For preparing icings and creams

    Preparing for use

    • Before first use, make sure your set contains all the components listed at the beginning of this manual.
    • Wipe the outside of the mixer body with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then wipe dry.
    • Do not immerse the electric drive body, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
    • Make sure the speed switch (4/Fig. 1) is in the “0” (OFF) position.
    • Choose the appropriate set of paddles for your products.
    • Insert the tips of each paddle into the holes in the mixer body.
    • Lightly press the paddles into the holes.
    • Place the bowl with the prepared ingredients on the table.
    • Immerse the paddle with the working end into the bowl with the ingredients.
    • Plug the power cord into the power outlet.
    • Turn on the mixer by selecting the desired speed using the switch.
    • After use, set the switch to the “0” OFF position and unplug the power cord.

    Cleaning and Maintenance

    • Never clean the device while it is plugged in.
    • Before cleaning, unplug the device and wait until all moving parts have completely stopped.
    • Do not use abrasive or strong cleaning agents, solvents, alkalis, metal objects, or scouring pads.
    • Clean the device after each use.
    • Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the body.
    • If any moisture remains on the device, wipe it with a dry cloth.
    • Allow all components to dry.
    • First, wipe the body with a soft, damp cloth, then wipe dry with a clean, dry towel.

    Storage

    • Unplug the device from the power source before storing.
    • Clean, wipe dry, and dry the device and its parts before storing.
    • Do not wrap the cord around the device.
    • Store the device in a dry, cool, dust-free, and damp-free place out of reach of children.
