Safety Information

- As a guide to setting the volume level, check that you can still hear your voice when speaking normally while listening with the headphones.
Setting
- Insert the Stereo headset’s 3.5mm audio plug into the PS4/PS5 controller audio output jack.
- Navigate to Settings>> Devices>>Audio Devices.
- Set the Input & Output devices to the headset connected to the controller.
- Set Output to headphones to All Audio.
- Select Adjust microphone level and follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate your microphone.
Mute the Mic
- Mic Boom up to mute.
- Mic Boom down to unmute.
The headset cable and plug back into the controller.
Adjusting the Volume
Turn the volume dial on the ear cup to the preferred audio level.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems, try the solutions below.
No sound from your headset.
- Check that the 3.5mm plug is securely connected to the controller audio output jack.
- Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device.
- Check that the volume dial is not turned to minimum.

- Move the mic down from the vertical (mute) position
- Move your microphone closer to your mouth.
