    FAQs

Q: Can I connect multiple devices at the same time?

No, only one device can be paired with the NS-CSPBTF1 at a time. Disconnect the existing device or disable Bluetooth on the device that was previously linked to attach a new one.

Q: How do I charge the speaker?

Connect it to a USB power source using the USB charging wire that comes with it. Usually red during charging, the charging indicator light will turn blue (or off) when the battery is fully charged.

Q: How long does the battery last?

Depending on usage and volume, the speaker can play for up to 6–8 hours on a full charge.

Q: Can I use the speaker while it is charging?

Indeed. Pass-through use is supported by the NS-CSPBTF1, so you can listen as it charges. But while using it, charging can go a little more slowly.

Q: What is the effective Bluetooth range?

In open space, the effective range is roughly 33 feet (10 meters). Obstacles and walls may limit this range.

Q: Can I use the speaker with a wired connection?

The speaker does indeed have a 3.5mm AUX input. If Bluetooth isn’t accessible, use a regular AUX cord to connect any compatible music device.

    Q: Is the speaker water-resistant?

Water resistance is not a feature of the NS-CSPBTF1. To prevent damage, keep it out of the rain, water, and excessive moisture.

Q: Can I connect the speaker to a smart TV or laptop?

Yes, you may connect any device that has a 3.5mm audio output or Bluetooth. For wired playing on TVs without Bluetooth, use an AUX cable.
