- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a network connection for these updates.
- Problems occurring with network/wireless connection are caused by external effects present locally only and not impacting functionality in other locations not experiencing such external effects.
- Defects in consumables (i.e., components that are expected to require regular replacement, such as but not limited to batteries,s), as well as defects caused by overcharging.
- Unreasonable costs and expenses related to modifications or demolitions of the space in which the Bang & Olufsen Product is placed during the process of repair.
- Costs for cleaning the screen due to external influences. Defects claimed under the Warranty are rectified at Bang & Olufsen’s discretion within the rules of the marketing and consumer law.

The terms of this Warranty apply to Bang & Olufsen Products purchased in or after November 2019. This Warranty covers all defects (relevant to the specification of the Bang & Olufsen Product in question) that may arise in the Bang & Olufsen Product within the warranty period.

How do I power on/off the Beosound A1 2nd Gen?
Hold down the speaker’s power button for two to three seconds. It is powered on by a white LED. Holding down the same button until the LED fades is how you turn it off.
Can I connect multiple devices at the same time?
Yes, you may connect two devices at once with the Beosound A1 thanks to its multi-point Bluetooth capability. The speaker immediately changes to the audio-playing device.
Does the speaker have built-in voice assistant support?
