FAQs
What devices can I connect to the NS-AHBTOENC headphones?
Any Bluetooth-enabled device, including computers, tablets, smartphones, and TVs with Bluetooth, can be used with these headphones. For wired listening, they can also be connected using the 3.5 mm audio cable that comes with it.
Can I connect to more than one device at a time?
No, only one active Bluetooth connection can be maintained by the NS-AHBTOENC at once. Turn off Bluetooth on the first device or unplug the existing one in order to pair a new one.
How do I turn on Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?
Turn on the noise-cancelling feature by sliding the switch, which is often located on the earcup. When ANC is turned on, a tiny LED light will turn on.
How effective is the Active Noise Cancellation feature?
Low-frequency background noises like city hum, air conditioning, and aeroplane engines are lessened with the ANC feature. It works best in settings with consistent noise levels, although it won’t totally block out abrupt or sharp noises.
Can I use the headphones without Bluetooth?
Indeed. When Bluetooth isn’t working or the battery is low, you can connect straight to your device using the 3.5 mm audio wire that comes with it. If there is enough battery power, ANC can still be used in wired mode.
How do I charge the headphones?
Attach the micro-USB cable that comes with it to a USB power source, such as a computer, wall adapter, or power bank. When charging, the LED indicator turns red; when fully charged, it turns blue. About two to three hours are needed for a complete charge.
Can I use the headphones while charging?
Indeed. While the headphones are charging, you can utilise the wired mode (with ANC turned on or off). During charging, Bluetooth capabilities can be restricted.
Why does the sound quality seem low when ANC is off?
By cutting down on background noise, ANC enhances clarity and bass. It is typical and anticipated for ambient sounds to have a minor impact on perceived audio quality in the absence of ANC.
