    FAQs

What devices can I use with the NS-HAWHP2 headphones?

Indeed, it is made to be portable for both indoor and outdoor use. Avoid direct contact to sand or rain, though, as it is neither dustproof nor waterproof.

How do I charge the headphones?

Put the headphones on the transmitter base, which serves as a charging cradle. When charging, the charging indicator light will turn red; when charging is complete, it will change green. Up to 10 hours of continuous listening are possible with a full charge, which takes roughly 3.5 hours.

Do I need to pair the headphones with the transmitter manually?

No. At the factory, the headphones and transmitter are already paired. Just turn on both devices and connect the transmitter to your audio device; the two should connect on their own. You can manually re-pair them if they lose connectivity

Can I use multiple headphones with one transmitter?

Indeed. Two persons can listen to the same audio source at the same time by pairing up to two pairs of NS-HAWHP2 headphones with a single transmitter.

How far is the wireless range?

In an open area, the NS-HAWHP2 headphones can travel up to 100 feet (30 meters). Electronic interference, metal surfaces, and walls can all shorten the effective range.

Is there any audio delay when watching TV?

To reduce audio lag, the NS-HAWHP2 transmits digitally at 2.4 GHz. However, depending on your TV type and output settings, there can be a minor delay. You can change synchronisation if your TV has “lip sync” or “audio delay” settings.

Can I use the headphones while charging?

No, when charging on the transmitter base, the headphones won’t work. Before using them, please let them charge completely.

Can I use the headphones with a smartphone or computer?

There is no Bluetooth compatibility with these headphones. They link to the accompanying transmitter via a specialised 2.4 GHz wireless connection. Connect the transmitter to the audio output jack on your PC to use it.
