    FAQs

Q1: What type of devices can I connect to the NS-MINISONIC20 speaker?
Any Bluetooth-enabled device, including computers, tablets, smartphones, and some smart TVs, can be connected to the Mini Sonic speaker. Auxiliary (AUX) input is also supported for wired connections.

Q2: How do I pair the speaker with my Bluetooth device?
Press the Bluetooth button and turn on the speaker until the indicator light begins to flash. Turn on Bluetooth on your device, choose “Insignia NS-MINISONIC20” from the list that appears, and then watch for a confirmation that pairing is finished.

Q3: Can I connect the speaker using a cable instead of Bluetooth?
Indeed. You can connect straight to a headphone jack or other suitable audio source using the 3.5 mm AUX cable that comes with the device.

Q4: How long does the battery last on a full charge?
Depending on connection method and volume level, the NS-MINISONIC20 can play for up to 8–10 hours on a full charge.

Q5: How do I charge the speaker, and how long does it take?
Use the provided USB cord and a USB port on your computer or a suitable power adapter to charge the speaker. Usually, a full charge takes two to three hours. When the charging process is over, the indicator will switch off.

Q6: Can I use the speaker while it’s charging?
It is possible to listen to music while charging. On the other hand, prolonged use when plugged in might marginally increase the charging time.

    Q7: Is the NS-MINISONIC20 water-resistant or waterproof?
The speaker is not waterproof, however it is made for indoor and mild outdoor use. Steer clear of splashes, rain, and water immersion.

Q8: How do I know when the battery is low?
When the battery is low, the LED indicator blinks red and the speaker sounds a low-battery alert. To prevent shutdown, recharge it as soon as possible.
