Q: Is a power adapter included?
Ans: No, a USB-C cable and the charging pad are included in the package. Use a Quick Charge 3.0 (QC 3.0) or Power Delivery (PD) wall adapter of at least 18W (separately available) to reach full 15W charging.
Q: Does the charging pad support Apple MagSafe?
Ans: Despite not having MagSafe certification, the pad can nevertheless charge iPhones that support MagSafe at regular Qi speeds (up to 7.5W). Unlike MagSafe chargers, it does not snap to the phone magnetically.
Q: Does the pad make noise while charging?
Ans: No. With no fans or mechanical parts, the NS-MQP15W22K is made to operate quietly.
