    FAQs

Can this vacuum cleaner handle wet spills?

No, only dry debris is intended for this model. To prevent electric shock or damage, do not use on damp carpets, liquids, or wet surfaces.

Is this vacuum safe for pet hair?

The NS-VCS14SL7 is capable of efficiently collecting pet hair. Clean the brush roll and filters frequently to preserve performance, and use the brush attachment to avoid tangling.

Can I use this vacuum on thick carpets or rugs?

Carpets with low to medium piles are the greatest candidates for it. Use the upright mode with no additional attachments for thicker carpets, and move gently for optimal suction.

How do I switch between upright and handheld modes?
Detaching the main body from the stick attachment makes converting the vacuum simple. Large places and floors work best in upright mode, whereas furniture, stairs, and confined spaces work best in handheld mode.

What surfaces can I safely clean with this vacuum?
Hardwood, tile, low-pile carpet, rugs, and furniture surfaces all respond favourably to it. Steer clear of huge particles, sticky spills, and damp surfaces since they could harm the motor.

How do I maintain suction power?
Inspect the brush roll, hose, and nozzle for obstructions. Make sure the filter is dry and clean before using it, and routinely remove any hair or debris from the brush roll.

How often should I clean the dust cup and filter?
After each use, empty the dust cup. At least once a week, or more frequently if you have dogs or a lot of dust, the filter should be cleaned. When the filter begins to exhibit wear, replace it.

Can I vacuum pet hair effectively?
Yes, the hoover does a good job of handling pet hair, especially when using the brush attachments and handheld mode. Optimal performance is ensured by routine filter cleaning.
