    Safety Instructions

    1. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
    2. Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
    3. Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
    4. Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
    5. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
    6. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
    7. Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
    8. This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.
    9. This appliance is for household use only.
    10. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap.
    11. Only use a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.
    12. Never let the appliance run unattended.
    13. Never touch the blades when the appliance is plugged in. The blades are very sharp.
    14. If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance before you remove the ingredients that block the blades.
    15. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
    16. The appliance is at risk for injury in the event of misuse.
    17. Care should be taken when handling the cutting blades when the glass is empty and during cleaning.
    18. Always disconnect the power if left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
    19. Always use the blender on a flat, level work surface.
    20. Do not use for more than 1 minute, and do not handle hard foods for more than 10 seconds.
    21. The use of accessories not supplied by the manufacturer may cause accidents.
    22. Never try to fit or remove the stick from the blender while the appliance is still running.

    Before First Use

    Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time. Let hot ingredients cool down before you chop them, blend them, or pour them into the beaker (max. temperature 80°C).

    1. Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm before you process them.
    2. Assemble the appliance properly before you plug it into the wall socket.

    Using the Device

    The hand blender is intended for:

    • Blending liquids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, and shakes.
    • mixing soft ingredients, e.g.
    • pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
    1. Attach the SS stick to the motor unit until it locks.
    2. Put the ingredients in the beaker, or just as well in any other vessel.
    3. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients to avoid splashing.
    4. Then choose “1”-“5”, and switch the appliance on by pressing the normal or turbo speed button.
    5. Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredients.
    6. Use the hand blender for no longer than 1 minute. Caution: the blade is very sharp!

    How to Use

    Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots,
    walnuts, almonds, prunes, etc.

    1. Don’t chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans, and grains.
    2. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade.
    3. Place the blade on the centre pin of the chopper bowl.
    4. Press down the blade and lock the bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base.
    5. Place the food in the chopper bowl.
    6. Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.
    7.  Turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks.
    8. Then transfer the inching switch and Press switchⅠor switchⅡ to operate the chopper.
    9. During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the chopper bowl in the other.
    10. After use, turn the motor unit off the chopping bowl lid.
    11. Then remove the chopping bowl lid. Carefully take out the blade.
    12. Carefully take out the blade.
    13. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
    14. Don’t operate hard food for longer than 10 seconds.

    Cleaning

    Do not immerse the motor unit, the chopper coupling unit, and the whisk coupling unit in water.

    1. Unplug the appliance.
    2. Press the release buttons on the motor unit to remove the blender bar or coupling unit.
    3. Disassemble the rest of the parts.
    4. Wipe the motor unit, the chopper coupling, and the whisk coupling unit with a moist cloth.
    5. Do not immerse the motor SS. Stick the unit in water.
    6. Unplug the appliance.
