    FAQs

Q: What types of Orbegozo gas cookers are covered?

The FO 1700, FO 2700, and FO 3500 models are freestanding gas cookers with oven and hob burners intended for domestic use.

Q: What fuel do these cookers use?

To determine the correct gas type, always read the appliance’s label.

Q: Can I use the oven and hob at the same time?

Indeed. Because temperature distribution can vary, adjust cooking periods and keep a constant eye on the food.

Q: What warranty comes with these gas cookers?

There is a two-year manufacturer’s guarantee on the Orbegozo FO 1700, 2700, and 3500 that covers material or workmanship flaws. To preserve your warranty, keep your receipt.

Q: Can I use the oven for slow cooking?

Indeed, preheat the oven to low and keep an eye on your dish. Some models require manual temperature control since they lack a specific slow-cook feature.

Q: Can I use the cooker outdoors?

No, these models are only meant to be used indoors. Because of weather exposure and inadequate ventilation, using an outside device can be risky.
