Operation
To install the blades, first clean out all chips or foreign matter adhering to the drum or blades. Use blades of the same dimensions and weight, or drum oscillation/vibration will result, causing poor planning action and, eventually, tool breakdown.
Then replace the new blades inside the holder base. In this step, adjust the depth of the blades by opening and closing the nut screws (using an Allen wrench). Finally, by tightening 3 screws on the drum, the blade replacement operation is completed.
SWITCH ACTION First, press the safety lock button, then the device will be turned on by pressing the on / off switch.

Before plugging in the tool, always check to see that the trigger switch actuates properly and returns to the “OFF” position when released.
Adjust the desired grate depth with the depth adjustment screw on the front of the machine. Then place the movable insole on the workpiece.e
Dust Bag
Prevent the spread of wood chips to the workplace by installing a dust bag or connecting a vacuum cleaner pipe to the machine.
MAINTENANCE
Always be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged before attempting to perform inspection or maintenance. Adjust the desired grate depth with the depth adjustment screw on the front of the machine. Then place the movable insole on the workpiece. Always ensure tools are properly maintained and used with compatible accessories. For guidance on similar Ronix power tools, see the Ronix 3250 180mm 2200 W Angle Grinder manual.
