FAQs
What is the VacMaster CA0701UK designed for?
Using a water-and-solution cleaning method, it efficiently gets rid of spills, pet stains, pollutants, and smells.
Can I use the CA0701UK on hard floors?
Other versions, such as the EasyClean Floor Cleaner, are available from VacMaster for hard floor cleaning.
Does it heat the water during cleaning?
No, a built-in water heater is not a feature of the CA0701UK. Use warm tap water in the clean water tank (no more than 60°C/140°F) for best results.
What kind of cleaning solution should I use?
Only use carpet cleaning solutions designed for extraction cleaners that are low-foam. Avoid using high-foam detergents, bleach, or strong chemicals as these can harm internal parts and void the warranty.
How long does the carpet take to dry after cleaning?
Although drying times vary depending on factors including humidity, ventilation, and carpet thickness, most carpets dry in two to six hours. To expedite the process, increase airflow with fans or open windows.
Can the brush roller be removed for cleaning?
Yes, you can wash and remove the brush roller. To avoid dirt, hair, and carpet fibre accumulation that could impair cleaning effectiveness, clean it frequently.
