    FAQs

Q: How do I switch between laptop and tablet modes?

To switch between laptop, tent, stand, and tablet modes, just turn the display 360 degrees. Depending on the mode, the device will automatically modify the touch, keyboard, and display settings.

Q: How do I update the system and drivers safely?

Check for BIOS, driver, and software upgrades using Lenovo Vantage or Windows Update. Prior to making significant changes, always make a backup of your data. To avoid system instability, stay away from downloading drivers from unapproved websites.

Q: Can I replace or upgrade the RAM and storage?

Typically, the T14s 2-in-1 Gen 1 has soldered RAM that is not upgradeable. However, a qualified technician can update the SSD to a bigger capacity by following Lenovo’s repair manual.

Q: How do I connect external monitors and accessories?

For external monitors and docks, the laptop has USB-C/Thunderbolt connections. Direct connections can also be made via HDMI, provided it’s available. For the correct resolution setup, make sure to check your Windows display settings.

Q: Can I use multiple external monitors simultaneously?

Yes, the T14s can be used with multiple monitors via HDMI (if available) or USB-C/Thunderbolt. To adjust layout, resolution, and orientation in Windows, select Display Settings → Multiple Displays.

Q: How do I calibrate the touchscreen for accuracy?

Navigate to Hardware and Sound → Control Panel → Tablet PC Settings → Calibrate. For stylus or touch calibration, adhere to the on-screen directions. For the most accurate touch input, frequently repeat the calibration.
