Safety Instructions

- Do not wear loose-fitting clothes, jewellery, or watches, etc. that can fasten in moving parts.
- The machine makes a lot of noise. Risk of hearing impairment if ear protection is not used.
- Pay attention to the surroundings and avoid causing any interference
- Follow the applicable local regulations regarding permissible working hours.
- The machine should be used with the lowest possible engine speed necessary to do the work.
- There is a severe risk of injury if you carry the machine with your finger on the throttle.
- If the area to be cleared is dusty, dampen the surface a little or use a sprinkler.
- Use the full length of the blowpipe so that the air flow acts close to the ground.
- Use a rake or broom to scrape up debris before blowing.
- Do not use the machine for long periods of time. Take regular breaks.
- Keep the handles on the machine clean, dry and free from oil, petrol and dirt.

Assembly
The product is intended to be used for blowing and suction. Unpack and assemble the product on a level and stable surface where there is enough space. Use suitable equipment.
Blower Function
Fit the blowpipe 1 on the air outlet on the engine unit.
- Remove the retaining screw from the air outlet.
- Align the mounting lug on the blowpipe 1 (7) to the holder on the air outlet.
- Push in blowpipe 1 (7) as far as it goes.
- Tighten both screws.
- Align blowpipe 2 (8) to the tap on blowpipe 1 (7) and put on the pipe.
- Turn the pipe 90° clockwise to lock it.
- Tighten the screw.
- The product is supplied with two sets of tubes, one for blowing and the other for suction.
- They are attached in the same way.
Suction Function
Fit the suction tube 1 on the engine unit
- Press the pin on the suction sleeve cap and pull up the cap.
- Align the four slots on the suction tube 1 (10) with the corresponding holder on the engine housing.
- Put the tube on the engine housing and lock it by turning it 90° anticlockwise.
Fitting
- Align suction tube 2 (9) to the tap on suction tube 1 (10) and put on the pipe.
- Turn the suction tube 2 clockwise 90° to lock it.
- Tighten the screw.
Attach the outlet tube and bag.
- Remove the retaining screw from the air outlet.
- Align the mounting lug to the holder on the air outlet and push the outlet tube in place.
- Tighten both screws.
- Put the end of the outlet tube in the bag and close the opening with the supplied band.
- Fit the harness by hanging the strap over the shoulder and adjusting the height with the band.
Using the Device
Before Starting
Check the following points before starting the engine:
- That all screw unions and other connections are correctly attached.
- The air filter is clean. Clean if necessary.
- That the handle is correctly and securely attached.
- That the accessory for the function in use (blower or suction function) is correctly attached.
- That there is enough fuel.
- The product has a 2-stroke engine, which takes premixed fuel of petrol and 2-stroke oil.
- Recommended fuel for the product is unleaded petrol of at least 90 octane.
- Use good grade 2-stroke oil.
- Mix 40 parts of petrol with 1 part of oil (corresponding to an oil mixture of 2.5%).
- Use good-grade petrol and oil for the best functionality and life span.
- Petrol is a perishable product. Do not buy more petrol than you can use in 30 days.
- Petrol is highly flammable and can, in some circumstances, be explosive.
- Store fuel out of the reach of children.
- Do not smoke when refuelling. Avoid inhaling fumes from fuel.
- Replace the fuel cap and the cap on the container, and firmly tighten.
- Clean the area around the fuel cap.
- Check that the tank and fuel lines are not leaking fuel.
Starting the Engine
- Put the engine switch in the ON position.
- Move the choke lever to the closed position
- Press the fuel pump bulb 7–10 times.
- Hold the product firmly with one hand on the handle.
- Pull the starter cord slowly until it catches (6-15 cm).
- Then pull the cord quickly several times until the engine starts.
- When the engine has started, wait a few seconds and put the choke in the open position.
- Allow the engine to idle for 1-2 minutes to warm up before starting to work.
Warm Function
Do the following to start a warm engine
- Put the engine switch in the ON position.
- Press the fuel pump bulb 7-10 times.
- When the engine has started, wait a few seconds and put the choke in the open position.
How to Use
- Adjust the engine speed to the work to be done.
- The speed of the engine is controlled with the throttle on the top handle.
- The throttle can be locked with the throttle lock (5).
Running-in
- Do not run the engine at full power during the first 6-8 working hours.
Switching Off
- Bring up the lock (5).
- Release the throttle (4).
- Put the engine switch in the 0 position.
- During prolonged se, the vibrations can cause circulation problems in the hands.
- Use appropriate, comfortable clothing when using the product.
- Pay attention to the surroundings and avoid causing any interference.
