FAQs
Q: What type of headphones are the Cleer ARC, and how do they fit?
The Cleer ARC are “ear free/open ear” wireless earbuds with a flexible hinge and ear hook. Because they don’t fit into the ear canal, they rest on the outer ear, allowing you to listen while keeping an eye on your surroundings.
Q: Can I use them for calls, meetings, or voice assistants?
Indeed. For calls, they have an integrated dual-microphone system (cVc 2 mic beamforming).
Q: What kind of use cases are they best for?
They are perfect for situations where you need situational awareness, such as strolling, commuting, using an office, or listening to podcasts while still hearing background noise, because of their open ear design.
Q: Are they water or sweat-resistant? Can I use them while exercising?
They can withstand perspiration and minor splashes because they are water/splash-resistant (IPX4 rating), making them suitable for mild exercise or commuting.
Q: Which devices are compatible with Cleer ARC?
Smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices that support basic Bluetooth audio should all function. The majority of common devices are covered by their codec support (SBC, aptX, MP3).
Q: What kind of earbuds are Cleer ARC?
The Cleer ARC are real wireless earphones that are “open ear/ear free.” They use a flexible ear hook and hinge design to rest on the outside of your ear rather than plugging into your ear canal. This keeps you aware of background noise, which is helpful while you’re walking, travelling, or trying to stay vigilant.
Q: Which kinds of devices will Cleer ARC work with?
Any gadget that has standard Bluetooth audio capability, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Both Android and iOS devices should function well because they employ common codecs (SBC, aptX).
