    FAQs

Q: What devices are EarFun Air 2 NC compatible with?

Bluetooth 5.3 allows you to couple them with almost any Bluetooth-enabled device, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones. They are compatible with PCs that support Bluetooth audio as well as Android and iOS devices.

Q: Do they support noise cancellation and sound customisation?

Indeed. In addition to several noise control settings, including ANC, transparency/ambient mode, and a wind-reduction setting that you can adjust based on the surroundings, they have Adaptive Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to minimise ambient noise.

Q: How good is the sound quality?

Compared to standard low-cost earbuds, the EarFun Air 2 NC produces richer, precise audio with strong bass and a wide soundstage thanks to its 11 mm dynamic “wool-composite” drivers and compatibility for LDAC (hi-res audio codec).

Q: Can I take calls with them, and will calls be clear?

Indeed. They have a 6-mic array and an AI-powered Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) system that eliminates background noise to provide better call quality even in noisy settings like crowded streets or public transportation.

Q: Are they suitable for workouts or outdoor use?

Yes, the earbuds are somewhat appropriate for running, working out, and commuting because of their IPX5 water/sweat resistance rating, which makes them resistant to perspiration and light rain.

Q: Do they support multipoint connection or multiple device pairing?

Indeed. You can connect the earbuds to two devices at once (for example, a laptop and a phone) and switch between them without having to re-pair, thanks to the Bluetooth 5.3 connection’s support for multipoint pairing.

Q: How do I control playback, calls, and other functions?

The earbuds have touch-sensitive controls on the stems; by default, you can play/pause, skip music, activate the voice assistant, change ANC modes, and more with a tap or press motion.
