Using the Device
- Make sure the device is unplugged from the mains.
- Insert the tips into the holes on the bottom of the appliance. The whisking tips (6) can be inserted in parallel, while the dough hooks (7) should be inserted so that the tip with the extra tooth is placed in the hole on the left side, looking from the bottom of the mixer.
- The whisk (8) for the ADLER AD 4229 600W Blender and Hand Mixer can be placed in either of the two holes on the bottom of the mixer.
- Make sure the tips are well seated by pulling lightly on them.
- Connect the mixer to the power supply.
- Set the desired speed of the appliance by pressing the speed control buttons (2). The symbol “+” increases the speed of the appliance, and the symbol “-” decreases the speed of the appliance. The speed will be shown on the display (5).
- Start the mixer by pressing the appliance switch-on button (3).
- You can change the speed of the mixer while it is running by pressing the speed control buttons (2).
- You can pause the operation by pressing the on/pause button (3).
- During operation, you can use the Turbo function (4). When you press and hold the “Turbo” button, the device will start running at maximum engine speed. The display will show the symbol: “P”.
- When finished working, set the speed with the speed control buttons (2) to “0” and unplug the mixer from the mains by removing the plug from the electrical outlet.
- Remove the blender tips by pressing the “Eject” button (1).
Cleaning & Maintainance
- Before cleaning, unplug the device from the mains.
- Remove accessories before washing them in water with dishwashing liquid. Do not clean in a dishwasher.
- Wipe external parts with a kitchen towel or soft cloth.
- Do not use abrasive materials for cleaning.
- Do not immerse the mixer body (9) in water or any other liquid.
