    FAQs

What surfaces can the Dreame H12 Pro clean?
Hard floors, such as tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and sealed stone, can be cleaned with the Dreame H12 Pro. It is perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic areas because it effectively manages both dry and moist messes.

Can the H12 Pro vacuum and mop at the same time?
Indeed! Because of its dual functionality, the Dreame H12 Pro can hoover and wash floors at the same time, saving you time and providing a deeper clean.

What does “FlexReach” mean in this model?
The term “FlexReach” describes the vacuum’s adaptable design, which includes a low-profile head and swivel steering for effortless manoeuvring under furniture and into confined spaces.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?
With a full charge, the H12 Pro may operate for up to 35 minutes, depending on the surface conditions and cleaning mode.

How do I charge the vacuum?
Just set the hoover on the charging dock that comes with the device. It starts charging on its own. About four to five hours are needed for a complete charge.

    Is the vacuum self-cleaning?
Indeed! Place it on the dock after use to turn on the self-cleaning mode, which eliminates the need for manual cleaning by flushing the roller brush and internal channels with clean water.

How often should I empty the dirty water tank?
After each cleaning session, the filthy water tank should be emptied. When the clean water tank is full or empty, the hoover will notify you.

Can I use cleaning solution in the water tank?
Yes, but only with floor cleaning products that Dreame has approved. Using strong or prohibited chemicals could void the warranty or harm internal components.
