FAQs
Q: What type of microphones are these?
The dynamic portable UHF wireless mics of the K Series are made for live performances, public speaking, karaoke, and presentations.
Q: Can I use rechargeable batteries in the microphones?
The battery life of AA NiMH rechargeable batteries may be marginally lower than that of premium alkaline cells, but they are compatible.
Q: Can the system be expanded for larger setups?
It is possible to employ more K Series devices, but in order to prevent cross-channel interference, each microphone must run on a different UHF frequency.
Q: Does the K Series system come with a warranty?
Yes, flaws in materials or workmanship are usually covered by a one-year manufacturer’s guarantee. To find out the precise terms of the warranty, see the handbook and save your purchase receipt.
Q: Can the system be mounted in a rack?
Indeed, a large number of HOTEC K Series receivers can be installed on racks using conventional 19-inch rack brackets. To avoid overheating, make sure there is enough ventilation.
Q: Can the K Series be used in professional audio setups?
Yes, mixers, amplifiers, and PA systems can be attached to it. Nevertheless, it is not designed for high-end studio recording, but rather for live performances, presentations, and karaoke.
Q: Can I connect multiple receivers to a single sound system?
Yes, by combining the output from several receivers using a mixer. To prevent signal distortion, avoid connecting straight to a single amplifier without mixing.
