    NOISES MADE BY THE HOB

Induction hobs can make whistling or crackling sounds during Vevor LI4-65 Electric Cook Top Induction Hob normal operation; these come from the pots and pans as a result of the characteristics of the bottoms (for example, bottoms made of several layers of material, or Vevor LI4-65 Electric Cook Top Induction Hob uneven bottoms). These noises vary with the pots and pans used and the amount of food they contain, and are not indicative of a defect of any kind.

In addition, the induction hob is equipped with an internal cooling system to control the temperature of electronic parts; as a result, during operation and for several Vevor LI4-65 Electric Cook Top Induction Hob minutes after the hob has been switched off, the cooling fan will be audible. This is perfectly normal and essential for proper appliance functioning.

    AFTER-SALES SERVICE

    Before contacting the After-sales Service:

    1. See if you can solve the problem yourself with the help of the“Troubleshooting guide”.
    2. Switch the appliance off and then on again to see if the problem has been eliminated.

    • the product type, and the exact model
    • Your full address
    • Your telephone number

    FAQs

Q: What kind of cookware works best with the Vevor LI4‑65 induction hob?

Use only magnetically conductive cookware, meaning that a magnet will adhere to the base. To guarantee complete contact with the hob surface, use pans with flat bottoms. Steer clear of enamel-coated metal bases that could harm the glass ceramic top, as well as pots with warped, ridged, or uneven bottoms.

Q: What is the “Booster” function, and when should I use it?

For up to five minutes, the Booster mode drives a cooking zone to its highest power output. It works well for high-heat searing or quick boiling. Five minutes later, the zone reverts to its initial configuration.

Q: Is noise (whistling, crackling, fan hum) normal during use?

Indeed. The cookware may produce certain sounds (such as crackling, buzzing, or whistling) as a result of interactions with the induction field or multi-layer metal construction.

Q: Can I install the hob myself, or do I need a professional?

Qualified individuals must complete the built-in installation and electrical connection in accordance with local safety laws and regulations.

Q: Can I use the hob with a pacemaker or other medical device?

Before using any induction hob, people with pacemakers or other electronic medical implants should speak with their doctor. When using the hob, keep a minimum of 60 cm (2 ft) away from it.

Q: Is it normal for the fan to keep running after cooking ends?

Indeed. After cooking, the cooling fan could operate for a few minutes to cool the internal parts. This keeps the internal circuitry from overheating and is standard behaviour.
