FAQs
Q: What is the native resolution of the ZEBRONICS PixaPlay 68 projector?
Ans: With a native resolution of 1280x720p (HD) and the ability to downscale input signals up to 1080p, the PixaPlay 68 ensures clear and colourful images.
Q: How bright is the projector? Can it be used during the day?
Ans: With an LED brightness of up to 3400 lumens, the projector works best in dim or dark environments. It is feasible to use during the day, however, for best viewing, curtains or less ambient light may be needed.
Q: Does the projector have built-in speakers?
Ans: Yes, there are two built-in speakers. However, it is advised to attach an additional speaker via Bluetooth or AUX for better audio, particularly for presentations or movies.
Q: How do I update the firmware or apps on the projector?
Ans: Navigate to Settings > System Update (if using Wi-Fi). You can also manually install APK files over USB or update programs via the App Store.
Q: Does it support 4K video playback?
Ans: The PixaPlay 68 will downscale to 720p resolution even if it can handle 4K input. A more expensive projector model is needed for real 4K output.
Q: How long does the LED lamp last? Can it be replaced?
Ans: With typical use, the LED bulb can last up to 30,000 hours. Although it is not user-replaceable, it is made to last for many years before needing to be replaced.
Q: Where can I find support or warranty information?
Ans: Consult the warranty card that came with your package or go to the official ZEBRONICS support page. Usually, the projector has a one-year guarantee that covers manufacturing flaws.
