    FAQs

Q: What is the primary purpose of the Palmer ILLER 1-Kanal Line Isolation Box?

The purpose of the ILLER 1-Kanal is to balance and isolate line-level audio signals between devices. It preserves audio integrity while preventing ground loops, lowering hum, and safeguarding your equipment.

Q: Can I use the ILLER with both instruments and audio interfaces?

Indeed. Although it can handle signals from keyboards, mixers, and other audio equipment, its primary use is for line-level transmissions. For best results, instruments with passive pickups might need an extra DI box.

Q: What type of signals does the ILLER 1-Kanal support?

Both balanced and unbalanced line-level signals are supported. Over extended cable lines, the gadget ensures noise-free transmission by efficiently converting unbalanced signals to balanced.

Q: Does the ILLER require external power?

No, an external power source is not necessary for the passive operation of the Palmer ILLER 1-Kanal. To accomplish signal isolation, it makes use of premium transformers.

Q: Can I use multiple ILLER boxes in one setup?

It is possible to employ numerous units in parallel or series configurations. To guarantee isolation for every signal path, each unit functions separately.

Q: Is the Palmer ILLER suitable for live performances?

Of course. It is perfect for both live and studio settings because of its sturdy construction, silent operation, and capacity to remove ground loops.
