To reduce smoke, add water to the drip tray to collect fat and juices. To add flavour and keep food from sticking, you can brush it with a little oil or lightly oil the cooking grill.
Q: Can I use the barbecue indoors?
Indeed! To prevent condensation and residual cooking smells, ensure adequate ventilation indoors.
Q: How long does it take to heat up?

Q: Can I use aluminium foil or grill mats?
Yes, you can use non-stick mats or grill-safe foil, but make sure they don’t entirely cover the heating element or obstruct airflow, as this can compromise cooking safety and performance.
Q: Are the grill parts dishwasher safe?
In general, the drip tray and metal cooking grill are dishwasher safe. To be sure, consult the handbook, and always take out electrical components before cleaning.
Q: Can I adjust the cooking height?
For improved control over cooking intensity, some BC 3660 models come with an adjustable grill height. Depending on your demands, move the grill closer or farther away from the heating element.
