K-Mate BTH109A True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

Brief introduction

BTH109A is a True Wireless Bluetooth Headset without any wire; each piece comes with one Mic that can be used individually or used together for stereo sound. The headset supports music and calling functions.

Before use

Overview

Operation

1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Charging for the headset

1. When the headset is low power, the headset emits “please charge” every 2 minutes, and the red LED flashes instead of the blue LED. Please recharge the battery of the headset.

The way of charging is as follows: Using a USB cable

1. Plug the USB charging cable into the headset charging jack
2. Plug the other side of the cable into the USB port of PC Red light on: Charging. Blue light on: Finish charging
3. It will take about 1.5 hours to finish charging

Getting started

• Choose the suitable size ear tips
• Wear the headset of L and R accordingly, adjust each earbud for your ear to get the best experience

Use one earbud

• In this mode, only one earbud of the headset is connected to the device.

Power on

• Press the power button for about 3s and release it till the blue LED turns on, and the earbuds prompt “Power on”.

Pairing

• Power off mode: Press the  power button for about 6s and release it till the red LED and blue LED flash alternately, and the earbuds prompt “Pairing”
• Standby mode without connecting: Press the power button for about 2s and release it till the red LED and blue LED flash alternately, and the earbuds prompt” Pairing”.

Connecting

Make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode, search for the Bluetooth name, and connect them.
Bluetooth name : BTH109AL is left earbuds,BTH109AR is right earbuds

Power off

• Press the power button for about 6s and release it till the red LED turns on, and the earbuds prompt “Power off”.

Use two earbuds

1. In this mode, use two earbuds simultaneously to enjoy stereo sound. There are two ways for both earbuds to connect.
2. Power on both earbuds, then they will connect automatically. After connecting successfully, the headset will prompt “Master”, “Slave”
3. Press the power button of the “Master” headset for about 2s to make it into pairing mode.
4. Activate the Bluetooth function in the cell phone and connect the headset named” BTH109AL”/(BTH109AR) in the list.

The second way is as below: Operate one of the earbuds to connect with the cellphone, power on the other earbuds, and then the two earbuds will connect automatically. Please note that the headset that connects to the cellphone is the Master headset, and the other is the Slave headset.

Earbuds pairing/connecting

Please use this step if two headsets can not be connected or if you need to change the Master headset.

1. Power on both headsets and have them enter pairing mode; the red LED and blue LED flash alternately.
2. Press the  power button about 2 seconds in one of the earbuds to enter search mode, red
   LED and blue LED slow flash. The headset that connects with a cell phone is the Master headset.
3. Two earbuds will pair and connect. After the two earbuds are connected, the Master headset will automatically enter pairing mode.

Function

• Answer /end a call: Incoming call (blue LED quickly flashes), click the touch button once will answer or end a call.
• Reject calling: Incoming calling(blue LED quickly flashes), long-press press touch button and release it till you hear the prompt tone “DUDU”.
• Voice assistant: After connecting with the cellphone(blue LED flash twice every 5s), pressing the touch button for about 5s can activate the voice assistant like Siri. When you long-press press touch button for 2 seconds under music mode, please do not release if you hear a prompt tone.
• Playing/Pausing: Connecting with a cellphone, double-clicking the touch button will play music, double-clicking again will pause playing.
• Next song: Press the touch button for 2 seconds under music mode, release it until you hear a prompt tone.

Function operation: two earbuds connecting with a cellphone

1. If two earbuds connect with a cellphone, one of the earbuds powers off, and the other
   one will also turn off.
2. If two earbuds connect with a cellphone, operating any one earbud can control playing/pause/next song/voice assistant.

• Last song: under music mode, long-press press touch button of the left earbud for about 2 seconds, release it until you hear a prompt tone.
• Next song: under music mode, long-press press touch button of the right earbud for about 2 seconds, release it until you hear a prompt tone.

Remarks:

• The functions of operation are the same for one earbuds or two earbuds.
• If the headset is in calling mode, only the earbuds connected to the cellphone can communicate and operate functions.

Battery display

When the earbuds are connected with IOS device, it will display the battery level of the earbuds on the device. When the earbuds are in low battery, the power symbol shows red, which indicates that you need to charge your headset.

Factory Reset

In the status of charging, long-press press power button for about 5 seconds and release it until the red and blue LED flashes simultaneously.

Remarks: After a factory reset, the paired list of earbuds will be deleted. After turning it on again, the earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically, and you need to re-pair and connect with Bluetooth devices. But a factory reset won’t affect connecting with the other K-Mate BTH109A True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds earbuds.

Care and maintenance

Read the following recommendations carefully before using BTH109A. Following these, you will be able to enjoy this product for many years.

• Keep it dry and don’t put it in the dump place to avoid the product’s internal circuit being affected. Don’t wear the headset when in strenuous exercise to avoid sweat entering.
• Keep the product away from direct sunlight or hot places. High temperatures will shorten the life of electronic devices, destroy the battery, or distort certain plastic parts.
• Don’t expose the product to cold areas. It may damage the internal circuit board.
• Don’t try to disassemble the product as it may get damaged if you are not a professional.
• Don’t let it fall onto the floor or other hard surfaces. The internal circuit might get damaged.
• Don’t use intensive chemical products or detergents to clean the product.
• Don’t scratch the surface with sharp things.
• Don’t use this product during strenuous exercise. It may get damaged by sweat.
