FAQs
Q: What is the capacity of the ICEBLOKK freezer?
Ans: Depending on the model, the Klarstein ICEBLOKK freezer (model 10035587) usually has a net capacity of between 100 and 200 litres. It’s perfect for keeping frozen meals in small commercial spaces, cabins, and houses.
Q: Can I use the freezer in a garage or unheated area?
Ans: Nonetheless, keep it out of direct sunlight and extremely humid environments at all times.
Q: How long should I wait before plugging in the freezer after delivery?
Ans: Before plugging it in, let the freezer stand straight for at least four hours (or twelve hours if it was flat during transit).
Q: Does the freezer come with a fast-freeze function?
Ans: Indeed. Before adding a lot of unfrozen food, let it activate for a few hours.
Q: How often do I need to defrost the freezer?
Ans: The ICEBLOKK is a freezer that defrosts manually. When there is more than 5 mm of ice accumulation, defrost it.
Q: Why is there water pooling at the bottom of the freezer?
Ans: The ice melting during defrosting is probably the cause of this. When defrosting, make sure the drain plug is open (if it has one) and always mop up extra water. If pooling happens while the lid is operating normally, make sure it is closing securely.
