Safety Instructions

Before using the Ronix 2411 2050 W Twin Padle Mixer, always follow these safety guidelines:

Production Description

The Ronix 2411 2050 W Twin Padle Mixer is an electrical power mixer, fitted with double rotating mixing tools, designed to handle heavy-duty materials efficiently (single mixing tools are also available). It is used for mixing building materials and chemical materials, for mixing even heavy materials quickly and thoroughly, especially for difficult mixing materials, such as high-density mortar, dried building materials, and two or more kinds of mixed materials. Different mixing tools are available for the Ronix 2411 2050 W Twin Padle Mixer, and its variable I-II speeds meet the demand of different material mixing.

1. DO check the safety situation when the machine is operating!
2. DO operate the machine in a suitable working space!
3. DO keep other persons away from the working space!
4. DO avoid the machine affected by damp when the machine is operated in the amp working space!
5. DO keep the working space sufficiently lighting!
6. DO check the power source/voltage is the same as shown on the machine llabel
7. DO check if the machine has earth protection or not!
8. The machine CANNOT be overloaded!
9. DO only use no scratch, no defective cable with plug!
10. DO NOT mix the material whose flammable point is above 21°C;
11. DO NOT start the machine when the dried materials are in the drum or stick to the drum!
12. DO use only original spare parts for the machine maintenance!

Operation

1. Take out the two parts of the mixing tools from the carton.
2. Fitting the two parts.
3. Use the wrench until it is tightened.
4. Put the mixing tools on the outlet shaft.
5. Turn the screw of the mixing tools in the direction of the old position, and the mixing tools are tightened.

Start Machine

Push down the switch rest-lock knob first and then push down the start switch; Mechanical speed regulator operation instruction: (picture 6)

• When the machine is under the STOP condition, please turn the Knob switch to change the speed.;
• When you cannot finish changing speed by turning the Knob switch, please turn the shaft paddles slightly and change speed.

Maintainance

• Correct maintenance for the machine can prolong the working life; The handle switch must always be kept in proper function and good maintenance.
• The mixing tools should be cleaned when the operation is finished or not used for a long time; Normally, the flowing water or quartz sand can clean the mixing tools well.
• DO not for any mechanical stress in the machine, such as pounding, because it will be unavoidably damaged; The mixing shaft must always be antipollution; he hole of the hexagonal socket must always be protected with a protective cover.
• The vent of the motor housing cannot be covered when the machine is in operation; there cannot be any flammable materials in the machine; The vent must be often cleaned.
• Only original parts can be used in this machine. The carbon brush must be checked and maintained when the machine is operating up to 60hours. Please change the brush in time if you find the brush worn out.
• The operation details are shown in the pictures. Cut off the power first, and take apart the motor housing. Pull out the plate and replace the carbon brush.
