    FAQs

Q: What is the Vevor HT-W6412 designed for?

Servers, networking infrastructure, and other 19-inch rack-mounted hardware can be stored in the HT-W6412, an adjustable open-frame server rack. Excellent airflow and simple cable management are made possible by its open design.

Q: What is the adjustable range of this server rack?

The rack may be customised for various server sizes and configurations because it is height-adjustable and can hold equipment ranging from 12U to 42U (depending on your setup).

Q: What is the maximum weight capacity?

Up to 500 kilogrammes (1,100 lbs) can be supported uniformly across the frame of the HT-W6412. To avoid causing structural damage, do not overburden a single shelf or mounting point.

Q: Can this server frame be used in a data center environment?

Indeed. It is appropriate for both small server rooms and big data centre applications where accessibility and airflow are crucial due to its open-frame design and sturdy steel construction.

Q: Can the frame accommodate both 19-inch and 23-inch equipment?

Primarily made for equipment that is installed on a normal 19-inch rack. Adapter brackets may suit some 23-inch or non-standard hardware, but measurement verification is necessary.

Q: Does the open frame provide adequate cooling?

Indeed. In many configurations, the open design minimises the need for extra cooling fans by ensuring optimal airflow around servers and networking equipment.

Q: Can I secure the rack to the floor?

Indeed. In order to prevent tipping, particularly in high-traffic or earthquake-prone regions, the HT-W6412 incorporates mounting holes at the base for floor anchoring.

Q: Is the rack compatible with server shelves and accessories?

Indeed. It is compatible with standard rack-mount shelves, trays, and drawers made for 19-inch racks. When adding accessories, always make sure to verify the weight ratings.
