    FAQs

Q: How does an air jack work?

The air jack raises the vehicle’s frame by inflating a sturdy rubber bladder using compressed air.

Q: What type of air compressor is compatible?

The majority of common automobile air compressors will function as long as they reach the 6–10 bar (87–145 PSI) pressure requirement. Make sure there is a constant airflow from the compressor for easy lifting.

Q: Can I use the air jack without a compressor?

Low-pressure inflators or manual pumps won’t provide enough pressure for lifting.

Q: Can I use the air jack on an uneven surface in emergencies?

Only in the most dire circumstances and with great care. Never climb under the car in such circumstances; instead, use metal plates or wood beneath the base to stabilise the jack.

Q: Does the air jack require lubrication?

Indeed. To keep air valves and seals from sticking or leaking, dab them with silicone lubricant once in a while.
