- Do not place a stainless steel mug in the microwave.
- Be cautious when the heating plate is hot.
- To prevent electric shock, do not immerse the warmer or AC/DC adapter in water or any other liquid.

How it Works
Because the display temperature shows the temperature of the heating plate (not the temperature of the liquid in your cup), set the display temperature higher than the temperature you want for your drink.
- Example 1: If you set the warmer’s temperature to 230°F, and pour room temperature water (about 89°F) into the stainless steel mug, after about 2 hours, the temperature of the water will reach up to 156°F (actual time will depend on the area temperature and amount of liquid).
- Example 2: If you set the warmer’s temperature to 230°F and pour hot coffee into the stainless steel mug, the warmer will keep the coffee’s temperature at 156°F or higher.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the default temperature setting of the coffee warmer?
Ans: The ideal sipping temperature for coffee, tea, and other hot liquids is thought to be around 131°F (55°C), which is what the Cosori CO162-CWM is set to warm.
Q: Is the Cosori Coffee Warmer safe to use around children or pets?
Ans: The warming surface does get hot, but the device is safe when used properly. Avoid touching the heating plate while it is on or still hot after use, and keep it out of children’s and pets’ reach.
Q: Can I use the warmer to heat up cold beverages?
Ans: No, the purpose of the Cosori CO162-CWM is not to heat cold drinks; rather, it is to maintain temperature. For optimal effects, start with a hot beverage.
Q: Can I use it with travel mugs or insulated mugs?
Ans: Not advised. Heat transfer from the plate to the beverage is avoided by using insulated or double-walled mugs. Use non-insulated mugs with flat, conductive bottoms for reliable results.
Q: What is the best way to clean the coffee warmer?
Ans: The unit should always be unplugged and allowed to cool fully. Use a gentle, moist cloth to wipe the surface clean. Avoid using abrasive cleansers or submerging the item in water.
Q: Is the Cosori warmer waterproof or spill-proof?
Ans: The device isn’t waterproof, sorry. Although small spills won’t harm anything, you should keep fluids out of the electronics. Spills should be cleaned up right away, and the device should not be submerged.
