    FAQs

Q: How does the Rowenta SO 9260 heater work?

The heater swiftly warms the air in a space by combining ceramic heating components with a fan. Ceramic components use less energy and heat up quickly while providing steady warmth.

Q: What safety features are included?

If the internal temperature rises too high, the heater’s overheat prevention feature will immediately turn it off.

    Q: Can I use the fan-only mode?

Indeed, during warmer months, the fan-only option provides ventilation or a little cooling by moving air around without heating.

Q: How far should I keep the heater from walls and objects?

Make sure that walls, furniture, curtains, and other combustible objects are at least three feet (1 metre) away. This lowers the risk of fire and avoids overheating.

Q: Is it safe to use in bathrooms or damp areas?

No, dry inside environments are the unit’s intended use. Moisture exposure poses a major safety risk and can harm electrical components.

Q: How do I clean the heater?

Make sure the device is fully cooled and disconnected. Use a gentle, dry towel to clean the outside. Avoid using harsh cleansers or submerging in water. Don’t put anything in the air vents.

Q: Why is my heater not producing heat?

Verify that the thermostat is set above the room temperature and that the device is hooked in and turned on. It might be necessary to turn the heater upright in order to reset the tip-over switch if it had tipped over.
