Lasko T36212 Remote Control Tower Fan
Safety Instructions
ALWAYS be sure the plug fits tightly into the outlet when using your Lasko T12110 Twist Top Tower Fan. When plugs fit loosely into outlets, they may slip partially out of the outlet and create a poor connection. This may cause outlets to overheat and create a potential fire hazard.
ALWAYS unplug the power cord of your Lasko T12110 Twist Top Tower Fan when servicing, cleaning, or moving the Fan. DO NOT use the ON/OFF switch as the sole means of disconnecting power. NEVER leave children unattended when the Fan is on or plugged in. ALWAYS turn off and unplug the Fan when not in use.
THIS FAN HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the other). Match the wide blade to the wide slot in the outlet and FULLY INSERT. DO NOT attempt to bypass or defeat this safety feature. If the plug does not fit in the outlet, consult a qualified electrician.
- AVOID the use of extension cords, power strips, power taps, outlet-style air fresheners, or other cord-connected devices, as these devices may overheat and cause a fire hazard.
- DO NOT route the power cord under rugs, carpets, runners, or furniture.
- This may damage the cord or cause it to overheat, creating a fire hazard.
- DO NOT block, cover, or obstruct air flow to or from the Fan while in operation.
- This Fan is not suitable for use in hazardous locations.

FAQs
Q: What type of fan is the Lasko T36212?
A multipurpose remote control is included with the Lasko T36212, a thin oscillating tower fan. Large rooms, workplaces, and bedrooms can be cooled with its strong yet silent air circulation.
Q: How do I use the remote control?
You may operate the timer, oscillation, power, and speed from across the room using the provided remote. For optimal performance, make sure the remote has brand-new CR2032 or comparable batteries and aim it straight at the fan’s control panel sensor.
Q: How far does the remote control work?
If there are no significant obstructions between the remote and the fan, it usually operates within a range of 15 to 20 feet (4.5 to 6 meters).
Q: What is the oscillation range of this fan?
The Lasko T36212 distributes air evenly throughout the space for more balanced cooling by oscillating between 60 and 75 degrees.
Q: Can I adjust the vertical angle of the airflow?
No, oscillation guarantees uniform air distribution horizontally, but the tower fan’s vertical airflow direction is fixed.
Q: Does the fan have a timer?
Indeed. One-hour increments can be used to set the timer for one to seven hours. The fan automatically turns off after the predetermined amount of time.
Q: Can I remove the grill to clean the inside?
The fan cannot be disassembled. Internal parts may be harmed, or the warranty may be voided if the housing is opened. Use a handheld vacuum or pressurised air to clean the interior of the vent apertures.
Q: How tall is the Lasko T36212 Tower Fan?
With a small footprint and a height of about 36 inches (91 cm), this model is perfect for medium-sized to big spaces.
