- Remove the bun feeder chute (7a). From the rear of the non-stick sheet retainer bracket (1c), slip the 2’’ fold under the bracket.
- Bring the balance of the sheet forward and smooth the sheet down against the grill plate.
- Reinstall the feeder shoot.
Operating Instructions

FAQs
Q: How does the vertical contact toasting system work?
Ans: A belt conveyor mechanism feeds the buns vertically between the plates, toasting only the cut side of each bun while keeping the outside crust soft.
Q: How many buns can the toaster handle per hour?
Ans: Depending on size and speed settings, the equipment can toast up to 800 buns per hour, which makes it perfect for high-volume operations.
Q: Can I toast both halves of the bun at the same time?
Ans: No. Only the sliced side of each bun will be toasted with this toaster. Insert each half separately, with the cut side facing inward towards the contact plate, for optimal results.
Q: What bun sizes are compatible with this toaster?
Ans: Standard 4″–5″ sandwich rolls and burger buns can be handled with the 184BT18A. Buns that are too big or have an uneven shape could block the mechanism and not pass through evenly.
Q: Does the toaster require preheating?
Ans: Indeed. Before using the device for the first time, let it preheat for roughly ten minutes.
Q: Can I use butter or oil on the buns before toasting?
Ans: Yes, you can improve flavour and browning by lightly buttering the cut side of the buns. To avoid this, clean the device frequently. If too much butter or oil drips inside, it could cause residue accumulation or smoke.
