FAQs
Q: Can I add cleaning solutions, vinegar, or fragrance oils to the water tank?
No, just use water. Chemicals, fragrances, and cleaning products might harm internal parts and nullify the warranty.

After being plugged in, the HSM13E1 typically heats up in 20 to 30 seconds. You can start mopping as soon as the indicator light indicates that it’s ready.
Q: How long can I clean on one tank of water?
Depending on your consumption and steam intensity, a full water tank can offer up to 20 minutes of continuous steam.
Q: How do I clean or replace the microfiber pad?
After allowing the mop to cool fully, use the Velcro or clip method to remove the pad. Wash it by hand or in a washing machine using warm water and a moderate detergent. Before using it again, let it air dry completely. Steer clear of fabric softeners and bleach.
