    FAQs

Q: Can I use the slicer for other foods besides bread?

Indeed. Additionally, the DOMO DO1950 is capable of slicing cold fruits, vegetables, cheese, and meats. Always make sure the food is solid and manageable, though. To avoid damaging the blade, do not slice frozen food, bones, or very hard objects.

Q: How do I adjust the thickness of each slice?

For thinner slices, turn it clockwise; for wider slices, turn it anticlockwise. For safety, always make changes with the slicer off.

Q: How should I clean the slicer after use?

After unplugging the slicer, watch for the blade to stop entirely. As directed in the handbook, carefully remove the food carriage and blade. Before reassembling, thoroughly clean all detachable parts with warm, soapy water and pat dry.

Q: My slices are uneven. How can I fix this?

Use the food pusher to hold the bread firmly in place while it is flat against the food carrier.

Q: How can I slice soft bread without squashing it?

Before slicing, let the freshly cooked bread cool completely for optimal results. Apply less pressure and move more slowly and steadily. If the loaf is too soft, make the slices a little thicker.
