Safety Instructions
- Shorting the battery terminals together may cause sparks, burns, or fire.
- Do not place battery tools or their batteries near fire or heat.
- This will reduce the risk of explosion and possible injury.
- Do not crush, drop, or damage the battery pack.
- Do not use a battery pack or charger that has been dropped or received a sharp blow.
- Properly dispose of a dropped or damaged battery immediately.
- Batteries can explode in the presence of a source of ignition, such as a pilot light.
- An exploded battery can propel debris and chemicals. If exposed, flush with water immediately.
- Do not charge the battery tool in a damp location.
- Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Under extreme usage or temperature conditions, battery leakage may occur.
- Do not use the product if it has suffered any heavy shock or jolting, or is damaged in any other way.
- Â Never charge a damaged battery pack. If damaged, replace immediately.
- Do not conduct charging in a position that may become exposed to sunlight or other heat sources.
- Do not conduct charging operations in the vicinity of flammable materials.

Operation
You may use this product for the following purposes:
- Charging ONEPWRâ„¢ Lithium Ion Batteries.
- Charge the battery fully before first use. This will take up to 3 hours per battery.
- The battery does not come fully charged.
- Make sure the power supply is normal household voltage, 220-240 volts, AC only, 50 Hz.
- Plug the charger into a power outlet.
- When charging, the lights on the battery will illuminate to show the state of charge.
- If the light on the charger flashes red, there is an error with the battery or the charger.
- When the charge is complete, the lights on the battery and charger will turn off.
- To remove the battery pack from the charger, press the latches and pull up on the battery pack.
- During charging, the pack and ambient temperature should be between 5 and 30°C.
- The charger will sense if the pack, or ambient temperature, is too cold or too hot, and will return an error code (red light will remain on) and not charge the pack until ambient temperature is reached.
- Do not allow the charger or batteries to become contaminated with any material that could be conductive. Example: Metal particles from grinding, cutting, or machining processes.
- Remove the plug of the product from the power socket when it is not in use or when cleaning it.
- When the battery pack reaches normal temperature, the charger begins charge mode.
Maintainance
Do not disassemble the battery pack and attempt to replace the batteries. Handling of these batteries, especially when wearing rings and jewellery, could result in a serious burn. For battery pack storage longer than 30 days
- Store the battery pack where the temperature is below 27°C and away from moisture.
- Store battery packs in a 30%-50% charged condition.
- Every six months of storage, charge the pack as normal.
- Upon removal, cover the battery pack’s terminals with heavy-duty adhesive tape.
- Do not attempt to destroy or disassemble the battery pack or remove any of its components.
- Batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly.
- Also, never touch both terminals with metal objects and/or body parts, as a short circuit may result.
- Keep away from children. Failure to comply with these warnings could result in fire and/or serious injury.
