    FAQs

Q: What is the Milwaukee M12™ BI Compact Inflator used for?

Sports balls, car tyres, bike tyres, and small inflatables can all be rapidly and precisely inflated with the M12TM BI Compact Inflator, a portable, cordless air inflator. Milwaukee’s M12TM REDLITHIUMTM battery technology powers it, providing ease without the need for cords or compressors.

Q: What type of battery does it use?

Any Milwaukee M12TM REDLITHIUMTM battery, including CP, XC, and HIGH OUTPUTTM packs, can power this inflator. Milwaukee suggests using M12TM XC 4.0Ah or higher-capacity batteries for optimal performance and extended runtime.

Q: What is the maximum pressure the inflator can produce?

With a maximum pressure of 120 PSI (8.27 bar), the M12TM Compact Inflator is strong enough to inflate most leisure tyres as well as normal car, light truck and bicycle tyres.

Q: How long does it take to inflate a car tyre?

Starting pressure and tyre size affect inflation time. Based on a 195/65R15 tyre, the M12 Inflator can typically fill a car tyre from 0 to 35 PSI in less than a minute.

Q: Can I use the inflator for truck or heavy equipment tyres?

Light to medium-duty applications are the target market for the M12TM Compact Inflator.

Q: Can I use it continuously for long periods?

To avoid overheating, don’t operate the inflator nonstop for longer than ten minutes. Before starting up again, let the device cool for at least ten minutes if it gets hot.
