    FAQs

Q: What is the Sealey CP108VCP Cordless Polisher Kit designed for?

The CP108VCP is a battery-operated, cordless polisher intended for surface finishing, metal polishing, and car detailing. On cars, yachts, and other surfaces, it is perfect for eliminating minor scratches, oxidation, and shine restoration.

Q: Can I adjust the speed of the polisher?

Indeed, the CP108VCP has variable speed control, which lets you change the RPM based on the polish type and surface. For fragile surfaces, start at a moderate speed; for heavy cutting or polishing, raise the speed.

Q: Can the polisher be used for interior surfaces like dashboards?

Yes, but use light polish and gentle, non-abrasive pads. Steer clear of high speeds to avoid damage or heat. Use microfiber cloths to gently remove debris as soon as possible.

Q: How do I safely remove stubborn oxidation?

Use a suitable pad and a cutting or heavy-duty polish. Increase the speed gradually after starting at a low level. To avoid overheating or scorching the surface, keep the polisher moving.

Q: How should I store the polisher for long-term periods?

Take out the battery. Keep out of direct sunlight and in a dry, well-ventilated area. To prevent dust buildup, cover the polisher or put it in a case. To keep pads supple and in form, store them individually.

Q: Can I use the polisher on dark or delicate paintwork?

Yes, but to avoid blistering the paint, always start at a low speed. To reduce swirl marks, use a soft foam pad and minimal pressure. To evaluate Polish compatibility and outcomes, test a small area first.
