    FAQs

Q: What type of power connection does the Cobalt 2000W heater require?

Ans: According to local electrical standards, a certified electrician must install the heater, which runs on a 240V AC hardwired connection.

Q: What is the recommended mounting height?

Ans: Mount the heater between 6.5 feet (2 meters) and 8 feet (2.5 meters) above the ground for best results. Higher mounting may lessen the efficiency of the heat, while lower mounting may cause the room to overheat.

Q: How much area does it heat effectively?

Ans: In wind-sheltered settings, the Cobalt 2000W model offers targeted radiant heat for an area up to 65–70 square feet.

Q: Does it work well in windy or open outdoor spaces?

Ans: Semi-enclosed spaces are ideal for radiant heaters. Heat dispersion can lower performance in areas that are completely open or windy; take into account using several units or wind barriers.

Q: Can I install the heater myself?

Ans: No, in order to guarantee safety and warranty compliance, this hardwired device needs to be installed by a certified electrician.
