FAQs
Q: What makes the Dreame H12 Pro FlexReach different from other vacuums?
With self-cleaning rollers, smart water tanks, flexible reach for floors and upholstery, and intelligent suction control for various surfaces, the H12 Pro FlexReach is a cordless, all-in-one wet and dry vacuum.
Q: Can I use it on all floor types?
Hardwood, tile, laminate, low- and medium-pile carpets, and area rugs are all compatible with it. To prevent scratches on fragile floors, choose the gentle cleaning mode.
Q: How does the wet and dry function work?
In addition to using rollers and water to clean the floor, the Hoover can collect liquid spills. For hygienic disposal, dirty water is gathered in a different tank.
Q: Can the vacuum clean corners and edges effectively?
Indeed. The hoover can reach under furniture, along walls, and into confined spaces thanks to its FlexReach design. Coverage is enhanced by a rotating head and adjustable rollers.
Q: Can I use the vacuum on wet carpets?
Yes, for little spills or moist cleaning, but stay away from completely wet carpets, as too much water can harm the Hoover or the flooring.
Q: Can multiple users connect to the Dreame app?
Indeed. If the unit is Wi-Fi connected, multiple cellphones may monitor water levels, manage cleaning schedules, and initiate self-cleaning.
Q: Is the vacuum safe for pets?
Yes. The vacuum can handle pet hair and small messes. Regularly clean rollers and filters to maintain performance.
Q: Can I use the vacuum for large spills of liquid?
It effectively manages minor to moderate spills. To prevent overfilling the dirty water tank in cases of particularly significant spills, it is advised to mop or contain the liquid first.

Wipe the suction inlet with a dry cloth or wet tissue. Do not rinse it with water.
