    FAQs

Q: What makes the Dreame L50s Ultra different from other robot vacuums?

High-precision hands-free cleaning is made possible by the L50s Ultra’s self-emptying dustbin technology, automatic mop cleaning, LiDAR navigation, and smart mapping.

Q: Does the L50s Ultra work on all floor types?

Hardwood, tile, laminate, low-pile carpet, and medium-pile rugs may all be handled by it. Steer clear of shag or high-pile carpets when mopping.

Q: How does the robot know where to clean?

To produce an accurate map, the LiDAR sensor scans your house. The program allows you to choose room-specific cleaning, create virtual borders, and designate cleaning zones.

Q: How often should I empty the dustbin?

Emptying is necessary less regularly (every few weeks, depending on use) if you use the self-emptying dock. For manual operation, empty when full or following each cleaning session.

Q: Can I schedule cleaning times?

Create daily, weekly, or personalised cleaning schedules using the app, making sure to include cleaning modes and rooms or zones.

Q: Can the robot avoid carpets while mopping?

You may program the app to automatically elevate the mop or steer clear of carpets by setting no-mop zones or turning on “carpet detection.”

Q: How loud is the L50s Ultra during cleaning?

Cleaning modes have different noise levels: turbo mode is louder (~65 dB), while normal mode is quieter (~55 dB). Steer clear of high-speed mode in public areas at night.

Q: Can the robot clean corners and edges effectively?

The mop module can clean along straight edges, and side brushes move dirt in the direction of the suction inlet. Occasionally, extreme corners can need manual attention.
