Getting Started
- Please make sure your device is Qi Wireless compatible. Compatible devices include iPhone X, 8 Plus, 8, Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+, Note 8, S8, S8+, S7, S7 Edge, S6, S6 Edge, and any other Qi-enabled devices.
- Not all smartphones can receive a wireless fast charge; however, they will receive a standard wireless charge. Check your phone’s charging features for fast charge capabilities.
- Please only use the included cable and power adapter. Third-party components may impact wireless charging performance.
- If using a third-party charger, please only use a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 or equivalent adapter. Plugging the Charging Pad into the computer will not| provide adequate power to support wireless fast charging. Please only plug directly into a Power Adapter.

Installation
Attaching the Air Vent Mount
Simply push the Velox mount onto the blade of your vehicle’s air vent. The silicon texture of the prongs will ensure that the mount does not fall off even when driving on rough roads.
Connecting to Power
Plug the cable into your vehicle’s 12V power socket by using the included adaptor. Alternatively, you may plug the cable into your vehicle’s USB-C outlet.

Mounting your Phone
Simply place your phone against the mount, the iOttie Velox air vent mount guide, and the magnets will hold it in place; charging will start automatically. You are now ready to start driving.

FAQs
Q: Can I adjust the viewing angle?
Indeed. You can tilt, swivel, and rotate your phone for portrait or landscape viewing thanks to the Velox mount’s 360° rotating ball joint.
Q: Will this mount fit all car air vents?
The mount is made to accommodate the majority of vent blades, both vertical and horizontal. Circular vents and very thin/bladeless vents might not work with it. Prior to mounting your phone, make sure the clip fits securely.
Q: Can I use my phone in landscape mode while charging?
Indeed. Without interfering with wireless charging, the Velox attachment enables switching between portrait and landscape orientations. Perfect for watching media or using a GPS.
Q: Will the mount hold heavy or large phones?
Indeed. The majority of smartphones, including larger models like the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and iPhone 15 Pro Max, are compatible with the magnetic strength. To guarantee stability when using a non-magnetic phone, make sure the metal plate is positioned correctly.
Q: Does the mount interfere with phone cases?
Not usually. Magnetic charging is effective through thin (less than 3mm) casings. To ensure stable mounting of thicker cases, either remove the case or affix the metal plate externally.
Q: Will the mount damage my car vent?
Vent blades are protected by the soft, non-slip rubber used to make the clip. Avoid shoving it into unsuitable vents to prevent bending or breaking.
