Installation
- Checking the Ignition Probes on the Heater Head. If the ignition probes are too close to the ceramic burners, the heater will not stay lit, and the thermocouple and ignitor probe spacing will need to be recalibrated.
- If the distance is not set properly, the unit will light but shut down after 10-15 seconds. When this happens, the probes will need to be recalibrated to be approximately 1/8 inch from the ceramic burners with needle-nose pliers.
- Checking the connections inside the Wall Mount Bracket. Open the wall bracket by removing the front cover and checking the connections below.
- Identify and check the connections of the Wiring Harness wiring: Using a pair of needle-nose pliers, grip the white ionisation terminal as shown, being mindful of the terminal pins of the control module.
- Insert the ionisation terminal into the terminal pin furthest away.
- Repeat the process with the black ignition cable, inserting the terminal into the closer, smaller terminal pin.
- Remove the shrink wrap around the 120V Molex clip feeding the transformer and confirm nothing is loose.
- Remove the shrink wrap around the 240V Molex clip between the transformer and the control module, and confirm nothing is loose.

FAQs
Q: What is the BROMIC Platinum Gas 300 NG Heater designed for?
Ans: A natural gas-powered outdoor heater intended for upscale home and business settings is the Platinum Gas 300 NG. Its elegant design and ceramic-glass front panel deliver even, radiant heat, making it perfect for patios, lounges, and outdoor dining areas.
Q: What does the model number “BH0110001” refer to?
Ans: It alludes to the natural gas (NG)-equipped Platinum Gas 300 NG heater. This model, which is part of Bromic’s Platinum series, is renowned for its contemporary appearance and wind-resistant performance. It produces about 23,600 BTU of heat.
Q: What kind of gas does this model use?
Ans: Natural gas (NG) is used in this edition. A qualified expert must connect it to a mains natural gas supply. Instead, utilise the Platinum Gas 300 LPG model for propane (LPG) consumption.
Q: Is professional installation required?
Ans: Indeed. In compliance with regional building, electrical, and gas rules, installation must be completed by a certified technician or licensed gas fitter. Inadequate installation can result in safety risks and void the warranty.
Q: Can I angle or tilt the heater?
Ans: Indeed. The heater may be angled up to 15° for directional heat management thanks to an adjustable bracket that comes with it. To avoid unintentional repositioning, always secure the angle adjustment.
Q: Does this heater work in windy environments?
Ans: Indeed. The Platinum series’ enclosed flame design and ceramic-glass screen provide exceptional wind resistance, guaranteeing steady heating performance even in windy outdoor settings.
