FAQs
Q: What does the BROMIC ECLIPSE Smart-Heat Wireless Remote control?
Ans: With compatible Bromic Eclipse Pendant and portable heaters, you can wirelessly manage the power (ON/OFF), lighting, and heat levels with the Eclipse Smart-Heat Remote.
Q: How many heaters can I control with one Eclipse remote?
Ans: Multiple heaters can be grouped into each of the two distinct zones (Zone A and Zone B) that can be controlled by a single Eclipse remote.
Q: What is the wireless range of the remote?
Ans: Usually, the Eclipse remote operates within a 30-meter (100-foot) line-of-sight range.
Q: What type of battery does the Eclipse remote use?
Ans: The CR2032 lithium coin battery powers the Eclipse remote. When the LED indicator weakens or the response becomes erratic, change the battery.
Q: Is the remote waterproof or weather-resistant?
Ans: The Eclipse remote control has some water damage. Always keep it somewhere dry while not in use.
Q: How do I switch between Zone A and Zone B?
Ans: To flip between the two zones, use the remote’s Zone A/B selector switch. This enables you to individually operate many sets of lights or heaters.
Q: Can I use multiple remotes with the same heater or zone?
Ans: Indeed. Make sure you use the same procedure to pair each remote separately.
