    Q: How much ice can this machine produce and store?
    Ans: Up to 17 kg of ice can be produced daily by this device, which also features a 7 kg internal storage bin to retain ice until it is needed.

    Q: How long does it take to make the first batch of ice?
    Ans: After starting up, the machine will make its first batch of ice in around 20 to 30 minutes under ideal conditions, which include an ambient temperature between 10°C and 32°C and water that is between 10°C and 20°C.

    Q: Does the machine require a water connection?
    Ans: Yes, a potable cold water supply needs to be connected to the IM0050HC-NR. A drainage system is also necessary to get rid of excess water and melted water.
